We start with a free complimentary consultation to chat about your ideas, your style, and what makes your wedding yours. Then, we take care of the rest.

Full project management of your preparations with advice, suggestions and support to help you streamline your plans throughout the year. Bring us your vision and we will make it a reality.

Keep track of the dollars

Budget set-up, prioritisation, and invoice management (We’ll will let you know when things are ready to pay). Plan with us and we can tell you all of the tips to keeping costs down, and what’s worth paying extra for.

Building your dream team

We’ll manage the relationships and communications with all vendors and suppliers involved in delivering your day, so you don’t have to. We have many trusted, talented vendor friends who we would love to introduce you to.

Easy communication

Online access to all planning documents, unlimited consultations via email, telephone or direct message, and up to ten face-to-face planning meetings to make sure we’re on track and feeling good!

Beautiful styling

Event design concept & styling plan tailored to your vision with all décor sourced, managed and styled on the day. With an expert eye for detail, we ensure every design element is thoughtfully curated to leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.

A stress-free wedding day

We’ll create detailed runsheets for your vendors, bridal parties, family and MC - ensuring every moment flows effortlessly and everyone knows where they’re supposed to be, by when.

From the morning preparations to the final farewell. We’ll liaise with vendors, manage the schedule, and handle any last-minute adjustments so you can stay present, soak in the joy, and celebrate without a single worry. Includes 10 hours of on-the-day management (x2 staff members).

    We’ll be with you for site visits, rehearsals and the big day itself. With all of the skills, staff and tools needed - you just have to relax and enjoy yourself!
